This sail away constructed by Collingwood in 2018, fitted out to exceptional high standard and will be registered as a 2020 new boat that has never been used, it will be complete with full RCD certification. 60 foot x 12 foot with Canaline 60HP diesel inboard engine.
Cabin heating is provided by utilising hot water from a calorifer heated by a Webasto diesel bolier and a 240v immersion. The 240 volt electric system is pwered by electric shore power and a Victron Multiplus 12/3000/120 combi inverter.
Two futher batteries provide power to start the engine and run the bow thruster accordingly.
The configuration consists of, a cruiser stern leading into the large open plan cabin which house the galley and saloon.

Fully fitted kitchen with all the following appliances;
Fridge
Freezer
Washer/dryer
Dish washer
Microwave

All housed and integrated under stunning granite work tops along with plenty of storage space, Which are stylish high gloss white and grey tall cupboards, wall mounted and under cupboards with beautiful curved edges.

Belling oven and half, under built in microwave, next to Thetford gas on glass hob along with extractor fan and and complementary splash back, underneath units is a 2kw plinth heater.
The modern stainless steel/glass bowl and a half sink unit also includes a waste disposal in the centre.

Across from a centre island again with cupboard space and holds hidden pop up electric sockets/USB ports and end wine chiller. The end of the island hosts a breakfast bar with unique handmade stunning turned wooden leg support.

Plenty of electric points, there are 2 generous windows and a double opening hatch to let in plenty of light. Beautifully designed steps with non slip covering and edges lead to the doors both opening up to the galley of the boat which in turn leads up to the large spacious stern of the boat.

The living area has ample space to house furniture, With TV point along with 2 feature chrome radiators,
4 reading/wall lights. The focal point of the living area being a fantastic Morso Squirrel multi-fuel burner. Genuine oak finish through out the boat. Central doorway leading to small corridor, door opening on the port side to;

Forward of the boat is the superior full width bedroom completely custom-made and fitted out with 4 tall double wardrobes, bedside tables each side of the bed. Open shelving and dressing table along with large storage unit integral to the bed.
2 tall modern Matt dark grey radiators each side of the door. Porthole windows each end of the double size bed. TV point and USB points and 2 reading spot lights.
The steps are cleverly designed to push away to give more space and another trick, removable wooden magnetic door coverings over the glass of the end doors that then store away at the sides again hidden and not taking up valuable space.
